Added RSS feeds

Hey guys,

just a quick headsup, I've added RSS feeds to the board. The Feed symbol will show up in your browser bar on each page, and you will be able to subscribe to the feed depending on which page you are viewing (A Forum or a particular Topic).

I've also added sitemaps to the board. These don't make [/i]much[/i] difference to you, but will help bring in more traffic from Search Engines Smile

I've also done a fair bit of SEO tweaks around the board in general, which weren't easy, so apologies to anyone who was online for the last half hour and had to suffer the "404" errors with me! Laughing
